Olivia is the Gender in the Workplace Project Coordinator for Theatre for a Change, a charity that uses a unique combination of participatory drama to empower vulnerable and marginalised groups of women and girls, promoting behaviour and policy change worldwide. Olivia is introducing there work to the UK, specifically dealign with gender behaviour in arts, business and media workplaces.
